On the menu: Chef-inspired, modern American cuisine

Society, a new modern American restaurant, is now open at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers, introducing innovative, chef-inspired cuisine and craft cocktails made with the finest, freshest ingredients.

A restaurant with strong culinary roots, Society features the award-winning talents of Executive Chef Todd Erickson, a champion of the hit Food Network show, Beat Bobby Flay and an alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. The chef-inspired menu will change with the seasons and incorporate locally sourced foods in every way possible, also featuring a rooftop herb and vegetable garden.

Located at 13499 Bell Tower Dr. at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers, Society offers multiple dining environments, each with its own intimate personality. With seating for 250 guests, Society’s guest experiences include al fresco dining on the patio surrounded by a beautiful garden setting, banquette seating and a polished concrete bar with copper accents in the main

dining area. Society boasts modern conveniences such as a state-of-the-art video wall, the west dining room featuring a wine bar, and the vibrant rooftop Treehouse with a tiki-chic appeal will be a gathering spot for happy hour and cocktail specials with live entertainment in the evenings Wednesday through Saturday. Also on the rooftop, “The Backyard” of Treehouse features a firepit surrounded by plush seating, outdoor herb garden and a semi-private patio area for special events.

Additionally, Society provides private dining opportunities in the intimate Executive and West dining rooms. The interior dining rooms feature dark wood tones accented by warm copper finishes, architectural lighting, coffered ceilings and industrial chic finishes. Seating options throughout the restaurant range from floating tables to banquettes to communal tables.

Society serves lunch daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with light bites available from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Dinner is served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays with a late-night-bites menu available on weekend nights.
